Our Mission
"I" means to focus on self-wellness. We define self- wellness as the inspiration and empowerment to one's self to live a balanced, healthy life by sharing practical tips, personal stories, and positive energy.
"GLO" is to achieve a radiant, healthy, and rejuvenated appearance achieved through specialized skincare treatments and therapies. This can involve services like chemical peels, laser therapy, facials, injectables, and other aesthetic procedures that enhance the skin’s texture, tone, and overall vitality, helping individuals to achieve a luminous, youthful complexion.

Alex Vilaythong
Alex Vilaythong, DO, is a board certified family physician and an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and family medicine residency at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX.
Prior to the founding of Enlightened Health Direct, he was a family physician and medical director at a Baylor Scott & White family clinic in Fort Worth for over 10 years and an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
Dr. Vilaythong has published over a dozen research articles. He is married with 3 kids and 2 dogs. In his spare time he serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America and he is active in his church in Arlington. He has also serves on the advisory committee for a non-profit organization based in Washington DC after 9 years of serving as their board of directors.

Shiela Radtke is a licensed Medical Aesthetician at IGLO MEDSPA in Little Elm, Texas. Upon receiving her Aesthetician license in Southern California, Shiela relocated to Texas, where she has worked with various medical spas and plastic surgeons. Shiela is committed to helping patients enhance their own unique beauty, as well as facilitating a graceful and natural aging process. She works with patients to create a personalized plan that incorporates aesthetic techniques to improve the vitality and health of their skin.
Shiela is a licensed Medical Aesthetician (MA) and certified Senior Laser Technician (SLT) with experience treating skin using the most innovative and effective techniques in the medical spa industry since 2008. Her strong foundation in dermatology is unsurpassed, which is crucial for diagnosing and treating skin conditions. Her dedication to continuing education and training, coupled with her expertise, provides patients with top-level care. She has spent her career training fellow aestheticians, serving as lead aesthetician, working with various product lines, and utilizing a multitude of laser modalities. Her extensive knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures and well-developed skills have proven to show excellent results.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Shiela prides herself on her strong attention to detail and ability to recognize each patient’s natural beauty. When Shiela is not beautifying faces, you can find her indulging in one of her major loves, which is music. She is an avid fan of multiple music genres and an active supporter of the arts. Beyond her passion for music, Shiela’s heart and soul have been a constant presence in the animal rights and activist community.
