1. Shipping Policy
At IGLO Med Spa, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below:
Shipping Times:
– Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
– Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping times may vary:
– Domestic Orders (within USA): 3-7 business days
Shipping Costs:
– Domestic Orders:Â
– Shipping Within Texas: A flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all orders shipped within Texas.
– Shipping Outside Texas: A flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 applies to all orders shipped outside of Texas.
– Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00, regardless of your location within the United States.
– International Orders: We don’t accept international orders.Â
Order Tracking:
– Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Restrictions:
– We currently ship only in USA.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our returns policy makes it easy to return or exchange items.
Eligibility for Returns:
– Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
– Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
– Certain items (e.g., personalized products, opened skincare products) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific details.
How to Return an Item:

– Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping Costs:
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
– Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchanges:
– If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
